Sales conditions

Every customer who submits a valid excerpt from the trade register (or a trade licence), and thus proves trading with the items stated in our price list, is classified as a Dealer (DEA). Otherwise the customers are classified as end users (EU).

Order form

Order form shall include the following details:
date of placement, order number, order code and short goods description from current price list, quantity of ordered goods, purchase price of an ordered item, total order price, trade name of purchaser, place of residence/business, organisation identification number, tax registration number,  VAT ID #,  place of delivery, way of goods delivery, number of sales contract and requested term of delivery.

Order confirmation

Order confirmation, sent out by our employees, completes the purchase agreement and modifies the sales conditions.

Purchase price

Purchase price is always understood as the price stated in the current price list, or in the list of selected prices that is distributed on request.

Payment

Purchase price shall be paid within 7 days from the date of delivery, by placement of payment order, or by another form of payment that has been agreed in the purchase agreement. The legal document for payment settlement is an invoice that shall be signed with packing (delivery and warranty -von) lists at goods taking, or all these documents are sent out by mail.

Purchase agreement cancellation

Purchase agreement cancellation- it is only allowed to cancel the purchase agreement (order form) on the day when you have received our order confirmation. To cancel the purchase agreement you must send a cancellation by fax or email, and receive our confirmation. In case this process has been delayed, we assume you have agreed with all conditions stated in order confirmation.

Current price list

Current price list gives information about sales prices and it is valid until the issue of a new price list. It includes recommended list prices without VAT.

List of selected prices

List of selected prices gives information about selected sales prices of the goods that are offered in advantageous price conditions, but only for the allotted time. The prices stated in this list are prior to the prices in current price list.

Customer services

Delivery of goods

ORGA – TRADE a.s. will provide delivery by UPS (Freight Services) after customer request.

For order over 15.000 Sk without VAT is delivery within Slovakia (24 hours delivery) for free.

For order between 5.000 Sk - 15.000 Sk without VAT is the freight fee 120 Sk without VAT (within Slovakia, 24 hours delivery).

For order up to 5.000 Sk without VAT freight charge is paid by customer.

Buying in ORGA - TRADE can save the time you would have spent driving to distributors situated in different parts of town, and save your time you would have spent by sorting out your red tape. Moreover, we can offer you a special discount if you buy products for your whole project realisation.

Uniform platform in one project, an increase of implementation quality

The fitting of components from different producers in the final system is not always verified in the real conditions and it might negatively influence the project quality. Additional cash payment discount

If you pay by cash or in advance 500,- Sk and above we offer you a further discount of 3% from the total sales price of purchased goods.

'Try and buy' service

We launched the 'try and buy' service to allow our customers to test devices or applications in advance, especially when compatibility with the customers' system may not be known. As a part of this service, the agreement lays conditions for the devices return within 7 days from the issue date of the invoice. The devices ordered for this special purpose shall be invoiced and ordered separately from other goods.

Returning waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)

Waste electrical and electronic equipment means electrical or electronic equipment which is waste.

Electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) means equipment which is dependent on electric currents or electromagnetic fields in order to work properly and equipment.

When ORGA - TRADE a.s. is supplying a new product, customer have the possibility of returning WEEE free of charge on a one-to-one basis as long as the equipment is of equivalent type and has fulfilled the same functions as the supplied equipment.

Users of electrical and electronic equipment mustn't dispose of WEEE as unsorted municipal waste and must collect such WEEE separately to contribute to reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of WEEE.

Warranty and claiming process

The warranty covers defects and shortcomings of manufacture, and material flaws. It does not relate to damages that have been caused by unauthorised actions of the customer. These are mostly damages that result from connection of devices or other parts that do not comply with the appropriate norms or manuals. The warranty does not relate to damages that result from negligent use or maintenance of devices, and from unsuitable operation conditions. The goods in claiming process shall be submitted in their original cover, with all accessories, and a copy of delivery list. In the case of unwarranted claim will be testing invoiced according to strenuosity of tested process. (If the goods in a claiming process are found flawless all expenses from the claiming process are invoiced to the customer - VON ) . ORGA - TRADE does not bear any responsibilities if the purchased goods do not suit the customer's application.

Claiming process

. please fill in RMA form and send it to us by e-mail or fax
. after you have received RMA number please come to our office and bring with you a filled in RMA form, delivery list, or a copy of your invoice; or warranty list (in case of warranty repair)
. if you cannot come personally, please post us the above mentioned documentation together with the claimed goods on the address: ORGA - TRADE a.s., Racianska 188, 831 53 Bratislava 34

RMA FORM

GOODS RETURN CONDITIONS

Goods shall be returned in their original cover. If this condition has not been fulfilled, or the cover is damaged, we consider the goods were ordered and handed over. A filled in RMA form should be sent to us by email or fax on the same day as the claimed goods. If the goods are damaged at their taking, it is necessary to report it within 48 hours. After you have returned your claimed goods, we shall send you their replacement in the shortest time period. It is obligatory to describe the damage in your RMA form. In the case of unwarranted claim will be testing invoiced according to strenuosity of tested process. ( If the goods in a claiming process are found flawless all expenses from the claiming process are invoiced to the customer - VON) . However, if your claim has been approved and we have the claimed goods in stock, these goods are lent to you free of charge until we finish your claiming process - if necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

. the goods returned without an appropriately filled in RMA form, requested documentation and completed accessories including cover shall not be accepted as a claim, and therefore they are returned to the customer at his/her expense
. we approve only material flaws and defects from production, and bear no responsibilities if the purchased goods do not suit to the customer's application.
. if device has been evidently damaged by the customer's intervention its warranty is cancelled
